Jumeirah Group has come out with another exciting project. Their latest project is a five-star hotel in the shape of a superyacht that will be part of a pair of artificial islands in the Persian Gulf.
The Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab hotel is expected to be completed in 2023 and will feature 386 rooms, 83 hotel apartment suites, and four penthouses.
This hotel features luxury interiors, spacious walk-in closets and bathrooms, and suites with retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls with views of Burj Al Arab and the resort's 83-berth superyacht marina and boardwalk. The superyacht has 13 sea-facing guestrooms, expansive balconies, four exclusive penthouses, and a private beach.
The broader Marsa Al Arab development will include a business area, retail quarter, and entertainment district.
